Self-Organization in Biology: Freiburg Spemann-Mangold Centennial Symposium

The International Society of Developmental Biology (ISDB) has co-organized a meeting to celebrate the 100 years of the Hilde Mangold’s and Hans Spemann’s discovery of the gastrula organizer in vertebrate development, published in 1924 and awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1935.
The name of the meeting is “Self-Organization in Biology: Freiburg Spemann-Mangold Centennial Symposium” and it will be held on the 16-19 September 2024, at the University of Freiburg, Germany.
